Hearing Aid Payment Information
Payment in full is expected following the hearing aid fitting. Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance companies do NOT cover the cost of a hearing aid.
Refunds: If a hearing aid is returned following the 30 day self-evaluation period, the cost of the hearing aid and a portion of the fitting fee will be refunded. There will be no refunds for hearing aids kept longer than 30 days, nor for hearing aids showing signs of mistreatment.
Second Aid Purchase: If a second hearing aid is purchased within 60 days, you will be charged the difference between the monaural (one aid) and binaural (two aids) fees. Second hearing aids purchased after 60 days will be subject to the complete monaural fee.
